Pokémon FireRed Any% Bulbasaur Speedrun in 2:34:25 RTA

Bulbasaur is slow, but this is a fun category. Lots to improve, still ironing out the route a bit more.

I believe as of the time of recording this is the best run of this category that has a video (Exarion had one in the 2:20s but the video is gone).

Shoutouts to Exarion for putting together most of the route (this is based off his E4R2 Bulba route; I made a few modifications to make it work for Any%). This is more of a "race-safe" route, particularly for Champion.
