This is one of my absolute favorite cakes to make for my family & friends especially when fresh blueberries are in season. This cake is delicious and perfect with tea.This is the easiest and fastest berry cake recipe that anyone can make in 5 minutes. ⭐ SUBSCRIBE for more video recipes: bit.ly/2ZUlSU1 💡 YOU CAN ACTIVATE SUBTITLES AND TRANSLATION 💥 Blueberry Cake Ingredients: 2 large eggs 1 cup sugar (200g) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/8 teaspoon salt 1 cup plain or greek yogurt (200g) 7 Tablespoons melted unsalted butter (100g) 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour (240g) 2 teaspoons baking powder (10g) 1 cup fresh blueberries (200g) 1 Tablespoon sugar 1 teaspoon powdered sugar 💥 Blueberry Cake Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 360F (182C). Line 8 inch baking pan (20cm) with parchment paper. Butter and lightly dust with flour. Keep it aside. 2. In a mixing bowl, add eggs, sugar, vanilla extract and salt. Mix until creamy. Add yogurt and melted butter. Mix until incorporated. Sift in flour and baking powder. Mix until incorporated. Pour the cake batter in the prepared pan and smooth the top with spatula. 3. Add blueberries and sprinkle with sugar. 4. Bake for 50-55 minutes until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. 5. Let cool to room temperature. 6.
