THE CRUCIFER OF BLOOD (1991, ENG SUB) with CHARLTON HESTON

The Crucifer of Blood (Sherlock Holmes and the Crucifer of Blood, 1991) with Charlton Heston, Jeremy Brett and Edward Fox - a TV play based on the novel 'THE SIGN OF THE FOUR'' (ΤΟ ΣΗΜΑΔΙ ΤΩΝ 4) by sir Arthur Conan Doyle as it was adapted for the theater by the actor and writer Paul Giovanni (in 1980-81, with Charlton Heston as Sherlock Holmes) but this time transported to the TV screen by Fraser C. Heston as director. The Greek title of the play ("ΟΑΤΗ OF BLOOD"/ΟΡΚΟΣ ΑΙΜΑΤΟΣ is not rich enough and it should rather be interpreted in a contextual space that combines the literal etymology if ''Crucifer'' as "'THE CRUSADER OF BLOOD" bearing, as well, the meaning of "THE CROSS(or CROSSING) of blood AS PROOF, THROUGH THE BLOOD".
