This workout is broken up into four tabatas. In each tabata, I'll give you two exercises and you'll alternate between them using an interval structure of 20 seconds work / 10 seconds rest x8. This a total-body workout that packs a cardio punch. You'll need just 20 minutes to complete it.

—180 Squat Jump

Tabata 2

Tabata 3

As with all workouts, make sure to warm up beforehand. I have this 5-minute warm up: https://www.seevid.ir/fa/w/Ks-lK... Listen to your body and modify as needed, stopping altogether if something doesn't feel right. A proper cool-down is important, too! Take some time to stretch after this workout.
