How to upload a workout to Zwift

This is a quick video showing you how to upload a workout file to your zwift workouts folder. It is a very easy process and doesn't take more than a couple of minutes. Just make sure that the workout is loaded before you log in to zwift or it will not appear in your custom workouts section.
