SOFT AND CREAMY MELON ICE CANDY

To make a SOFT AND CREAMY MELON ICE CANDY is so easy... all you have to to is to boil water and cook a diluted cassava starch, adding the rest of the ingredients like sugar, melon flavored condensed milk, evaporated milk, and grated fresh melon fruit. It is the cassava starch that makes the ice candy soft and creamy.

Ingredients:
1 medium melon, grated
1 liter of water
1 big can melon flavored condensed milk
1 big can evaporated milk
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup cassava starch dissolved in 1/2 cup water
(you can use 1/2 cup cornstarch if cassava starch is not available)
