The Secret to Meaty BBQ Pork Ribs Aussie Style

Hey everyone, this video is to explain pork ribs to Australians that find it hard to get meaty ribs. It will go through the different types of ribs and their "American" sayings so that you and your butcher can talk the same language.

Note: One other thing I should have mentioned is that the pigs in America are generally a bit bigger than the Australian pigs so most of the time they will get slightly bigger ribs than ours. You can try and talk to your butcher and ask for bigger pigs to get more meat, but remember this won't always mean better ribs.
