The cello is an untempered instrument, that is, it does not have frets, or keys that delimit the space of tones and semitones.
To make it easier to understand the shape of the hand we will be using, we used the famous "little marks" that map the cello's first position and serve as a starting point for the beginner student who is not familiar with bowed string instruments.
