Philip survived a near fatal road accident in 2002. He had his right leg amputated and suffered many other significant injuries. He used his long background in t'ai chi ch'uan, Daoyin yoga, and other martial arts to support his rehabilitation and recovery.

After more than 34 years of practise, Philip aims to introduce other people, especially those who live with a disability or a long term health condition, to the benefits of these wonderful exercises and arts.

As a Board Certified instructor with the Tai Chi for Health Institute Philip teaches a number of Tai Chi for Health programmes created by Dr Paul Lam for others to enjoy and improve their health.

Philip founded HUNTUN Tai chi™ as a social enterprise to offer Tai Chi for Health programmes in Airedale and Craven, West Yorkshire, UK.

Classes • 1 to 1 • Workshops • Presentations

Classes cover: Baildon, Bingley, Glusburn, Keighley, Saltaire, Shipley and Skipton.

Partners with Bradford Disability Sport and Leisure - Get Out, Get Active (GOGA) programme.
