Here is my experience with trying the salt water flush (aka master cleanse). I was 15 hours fasted and I did some gentle yoga before I took down the salt. I practise fasting and intermittent fasting and also eat a vegan keto diet. I felt like my gut needed a complete reset which I felt like was wasn’t fully getting with just fasting.
I have also made a video on my colonic hydrotherapy experience too. I found the colonic a lot more convenient and more bearable to be honest, but I guess the salt water cleans your total digestive tract and you can do it from the comfort of your own home.
