In the end of this video, you will be able to enable nested VT-x/AMD-V in oracle virtualbox for windows 10. In the CMD you will navigate to the path "C:\Program Files\oracle\virtualbox" then run the command "VBoxManage modifyvm GNS3VM --nested-hw-virt on". Nested virtulization will be turned on.
