The stainless pipe was welded by two welding methods.
The base material without a bevel angle did not use a welding rod.
For the base material with bevel angle, 1.6mm welding rod was used
If the pipe is a little thicker or the alignment is not correct,
It is advantageous to use a welding rod
This welding method is currently used very often in Korea.
The efficiency is good and when you weld stainless pipes,
It will be of great help if you apply it in a situation where the gap is shortened or when welding without opening the gap.
How to fix it without putting your hand inside the pipe when it's out of order sooner or later
