Here is an easy 3 ingredients homemade Muskmelon ice cream without cooking. Summer special eggless ice cream.. no need of icecream machine..
முலாம் பழ ஐஸ் கிரீம்.. சமைக்காமல் மூன்றே பொருட்களை வைத்து வீட்டிலேயே எளிதாக செய்யலாம்.
Ingredients:
Fresh cream - 250ml
Muskmelon pulp - 250ml
Sugar - 200 - 250gms
Optional:
Vanilla essence - 1/4 tsp
Method:
1.Blend the fresh cream with sugar.
2.add muskmelon pulp and vanilla essence (optional) with the blended freshcream.
3.again blend until smooth and pour in air tight container.
4.store it in freezer for 8hours.
After 8 hours scoop out and savour the yummy creamy muskmelon ice cream.
