Have you been told you have a posterior baby? Some other ways of saying this would be OP position, occiput posterior, sunny-side up or back labor - no stress!! I'm here today to show you how to turn a posterior baby right side up (or down hehe) with various movements and positions you can do before labor but especially when you're in labor to help flip them!
