Maru has completed many feather imping procedures in the past, however, rarely is the damage so extensive that the bird requires over 50!

This very unfortunate tawny owl suffered severe feather damage, after falling down a chimney on to a log fire. Luckily, with just the embers left, the poor bird was saved from any burns to the skin and feet. Brought to us by WRAS, another wildlife rescue, we know exactly how to help!
