Sociologist Jérôme Ferret explains how his IPEV working group is proposing an original perspective to understand the phenomenon of radicalisation.
Jérôme Ferret is professor of sociology at the University of Toulouse Capitole and co-director of the Maison des sciences de l'homme of Toulouse. His research focus on political violence, terrorism, the dynamics of confrontation between young people and the police in urban areas in France and Spain.
He is the IPEV leader of the working group "Radicalisation, a comparative perspective".
