Theermana Adavu | Learn and Practice | Bharatanatyam Foundation Course

Sushmitha Suresh, takes you through the next set of Adavus - The Theermana/Mukthaya Adavus, after you've completed learning the Natta adavus part 1 and 2. In this video, you can expect to learn what the Theermana adavu is, the technique of the movements of the legs and feet, the technique of the movements of the hands and eventually, putting them both together to practice dancing the entire adavu.
