Rocket Yoga ML3 w/Amber Jean

ML3 or Mixed Level Rocket 3 is a combination of Rocket 1 and 2 practices and offers lots of variations and modifications for poses from from 1st and 2nd series of Ashtanga yoga.

Amber Jean-Marie has one of the longest histories with practicing and teaching rocket yoga in the world. She taught at It's Yoga San Fransisco from the years 2000- 2008 after she took her teacher training with Larry Schultz in May of 2000. She also opened her own studio in Cincinnati, Yoga ah in 2008 where she offered yoga training in Ashtanga and Rocket. variations. Amber Jean-Marie has not only studied the classical sequences as taught by Larry Schultz, she has also continued to develop the sequences to meet the needs of her students after teaching for over 22 years.

Currently she offers online rocket course at www.rocketyogaacademy.com as well as travels internationally for trainings and workshops in rocket yoga.
