How To Make Afghan Palau Masala/ Spices

Afghan Palau Masala can be used when making any type of rice with meat. It brings out the flavour better and it smells amazing.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Cumin seeds
1/3 cup Green cardamom
1/4 cup Black cardamom
1 tablespoon Clove stick
1/2 Black pepper
1 whole Cinnamon stick
