In this video, I'll show you how to speed up editing a YouTube Short by using AI tools from VEED.
Upload your footage to VEED using the link above and if you have footage which contains audio that you can't really hear, you could use the AI powered Clean Audio tool to remove the background noise.
A popular effect for short form content is using a green screen tool to remove the background of videos. It can be hard to get the positioning correct when you have a small phone screen to edit with, but VEED has a built in Background Removal tool. Click it and in a few seconds the AI will accurately remove the background of your video. You can then upload an image or video to place behind the original video, which you can do by dragging the asset in the timeline down below the video.
If you want to create your own image, you can use VEED's AI image Generator to create amazing new images for all your videos!
Another AI tool that can help make your YouTube Shorts amazing is adding subtitles! Head over to the Subtitles tab and click Auto Subtitles. Choose the language being spoken in the video, then click Create Subtitles. Once the AI has created the subtitles, check for any words that are orange, and correct them if necessary. You can then customise the subtitles by changing the font, size and colour, and you can add an effect and an animation to help the words stand out more.
When you are happy with your finished video, click the Done button in the top right corner, choose the render settings, and make sure the Burn Subtitles button is toggled. Click Export Video and wait for VEED to render it out. You can then download it as an MP4.
You can also make faceless content with AI in VEED too. You can follow the above process, but use VEED's built in stock footage library to never show your face again! Add a Text to Speech AI voice and AI subtitles so everyone can understand the video. You could also add stock music from VEED to make sure you never get a copyright strike from YouTube!
