Hand Quilting without using a Quilter's Hoop

Hello everyone! Today, we are going to show you how I do my hand quilting without a quilter's hoop!

She is a very talented quilter and does handwork as well.
Hand Stitching is the perfect way to hand quilt your quilt sandwich because it makes the fabric stronger and provides beautiful texture. Also, because I'm using cotton batting, once washed, the quilt is flows with soft texture.
Most hand quilters like a blend of 80% cotton and 20% polyester but you can make that choice for yourself which one you like best.
I have used 3 strands of embroidery cotton (because I have boxes of it) and a 22 hand sewing needle which makes the threading and stitching easier for me.

You could also use a Hera marker from Clover to draw other lines or curves if you didn't want to have echo stitching around the shapes.
