How To Make Slow Cooker Butter Chicken | Ep 549
1 brown onion, diced
3-4 garlic cloves, sliced
3 chicken breast fillets, diced
50g butter
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp mild curry powder
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp ground cardamom
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground ginger
1/4 cup tomato paste
1 can coconut cream (400g)
1/2 cup greek style yoghurt
Garnish with fresh coriander, serve with naan bread, pappadums or rice.
