Shaving creams and regular moisturisers may look similar but they're formulated to serve different purposes. Effective shaving creams consist of 4 main elements: water, humectants, emollients and surfactants. The combined effects of all 4 result in a super smooth and silky shave. It's really important to make sure the hair is a soft and moisturised as possible to prevent the razor from snagging or tugging at the hair as you shave. This shaving cream is designed to suit a variety of skin types included sensitive skin, but I'd recommend always doing a patch test to ensure it's suitability.
