Ghat Beri Lake (Salt water lake) is an Excellent picnic place to visit for relaxation and camping.
Its almost 65 KM from Rahim Yar Khan and take almost 1.5 hours to reach. Road condition is good till Manthar. From, Manthar the road is just OK. Be careful while driving. And then a 12 KM patch of track with no carpeted road on desert.
Cars go there easily so no need to worry. But drive slowly and carefully. Mobile Signals are not available there.
its SCARP area at india Pakistan Border in Rahim Yar Khan Desert. Boating and sking is also available. Better to go in winters or spring. Take your own food supplies with you. Good place for recreation and hangout with family and friends. Boating and jet skiing will make your day. Also, an amazing place for clicking some nice DPs. Now desert quadbikes are available for everyone on nominal charges to enjoy sand dunes safari. Gathwali Beri is an abandoned locality in Punjab. Gathwali Beri is situated nearby to the locality Islamwala Toba and the abandoned locality Tada Kandera.
