Beatlemania last night at the Burrs Country Park (Burrs Live), Bury, with the very talented Bootleg Beatles. Weds 30th Aug 2023.
Great sounds, good beer, good crowd, good venue. Just Fab!
The band really do sound and look like the Beatles.
From early 60’s Moptops to late 60’s psychedelia.
It’s only when you hear so many Beatles songs together that you are reminded what a great band the Beatles were.
The BB played about 30 songs, and all gems.
There are lots more gems in the Beatles back catalogue (217 titles in my 'Beatles Complete' music book). but no time to play them all tonight. Would probably be still there now!
Last song was an anthemic sing-a-long, hands-in-the air Hey Jude.
Encore was an early Hamburg-Beatles Rock and Roll medley.
Just Fab!
