Why You Can't Chat On TF2! (And How To Fix It) (Read description if it doesn't work!)

EDIT: You also need TF2 Premium for this to work due to a recent update!!! TF2 Premium is different from Steam Premium, and to get it you need to buy a cheap weapon from the Mann Co. Store such as a Crit-A-Cola if you have not bought any items from the Mann Co. Store before! I honestly expected there to be a tutorial on how for F2P's to regain their chat capabilities. Not just on YouTube, but even in Steam Support itself; amazingly, one doesn't even exist yet. Because of this sudden update causing so much confusion, I have created a video to help F2P's get back to talking with their friends!
3 more things I want to say here:
1, there should be a much bigger bump in video quality now that I'm taking YouTube much more seriously - getting 1,000 views per video is giving me that determination to upload more videos at a improved standard. I have celebrated that fact by changing my thumbnail background slightly - let me know if it is any good! SFM thumbnails won't be a thing until a few months down the line though, because at the moment I have no clue how to use it!
2, I am now focusing on Medic videos as I have always wanted my YouTube channel to become a massive community for learning Medic mains that want to take their job and role a... tiny bit more serious than the other popular Medic mains out there. Not tryhard serious - just wanting to heal their team instead of being a battle medic haha.
3, EDIT - I changed the title because I forgot to add something crucially important: it takes 3 days before Steam's system will register your account as valid for using text and voice chat again, and from extra research I’ve found that if all available options have been exhausted having a Steam Mobile Authenticator might need to be required. Just give it a while and keep trying before it works once more. If you're still having problems, comment on my channel - I respond to ALL comments (well, unless I end up with too many comments to keep up with).
Hope you guys like the video! It took me 2 all nighters to finish.
