Galaxy Watch 4 Classic, Watch 5 & 5 Pro: Keeps Restarting? Stuck in Boot Loop? FIXED!

I show you how to fix a Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 Classic (same for Galaxy Watch 5 & 5 Pro) that is stuck in a boot loop where the watch keeps restarting or rebooting continuously and never boots up to the clock face.  Hope this helps.
