Try out thesel Ekadashi Special Shrikhand also known as Amrakhand is a wonderful dessert
often prepared and served chilled during summers. This wonderful sweet dish is an irreplaceable dessert for all times with sweet delicious mangoes combined to give a super amazing Shrikhand.
Servings: 3 to 4
Ingredients:
1 litre curd
2 mangoes (1 cup mangoes pulp)
½ cup powder sugar
7 to 8 saffron strands (soaked in hot milk)
1/4th cup chopped mangoes
