He has been in the business for over 30 years. Richard Andrews: Rich Andrews is owner and founder of Andrews Agency, Inc. in Ithaca, NY. He began his career in 1991 specializing in farm insurance, partly due to his upbringing on the family dairy farm. He continues to work in the agricultural insurance market and enjoys running a small farm operation with his wife Lorian and three children in Lowville, NY.
