WATCH: PM Modi Attends Diamond Jubilee Celebrations of the Supreme Court of India
Prime Minister Narendra Modi attended the Diamond Jubilee celebrations of the Supreme Court and addressed the occasion. Addressing the Diamond Jubilee Celebrations of the Supreme Court, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that our Constitutional Makers envisaged a free, equal & and just India.
He added that the Supreme Court has played a pioneering role in the maintenance of the above values while also furthering India’s democracy and individual socio-political rights.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that enabling the last-mile accessibility of the Supreme Court to all is our priority. For the same, the e-Courts Project, digitization, and physical infrastructure have been enabled to ensure ease of access to justice for all, and the same more than Rs. 7,000 crores have been spent since 2014.
