My philosophy for public good was always in conformity with ideals of BJP: Justice Rohit Arya

In a controversial move, former Madhya Pradesh High Court judge Justice Rohit Arya joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), which has been the ruling party in the State for most of the last two decades.

The propriety of this move has been called into question, given that judges are required to be free from ideological bias, political or otherwise.
And in this interview with Bar & Bench's Ratna Singh, Justice Arya admits that his 'philosophy for common good' has always been in line with the BJP's ideals.
