**This is an ASMR video created for relaxation, stress relief and sleep inducing tingles. Please wear headphones for the best experience! 😊**

This was a very fun video for me to make for a few reasons....number one is that this is really what I do with friends!  And second, we were having the biggest thunderstorm, which was only a shower when I started.  This was the answer to prayers as we had several nasty wildfires burning here.  So, I can't hide my enthusiasm, but don't worry, after a few deep breaths we focus and get into the good stuff with the card reading and crystals.  I make some tea, have a chat, share some healing energy and get a surprise visit from a silly cat.

Lastly, omg!  I have a toothpaste stain on my shirt!!  I swear I had washed it and dried with a blowdryer, but there it mysteriously reappeared.  Oh well, this video is bound to be my favorite, it was such a laugh filled day!

This is a soft spoken natural voice recording with a bit of whispering, much smiling, occasional very wide eyes.  I hope it makes you feel good!

My spiritual/esoteric side is well balanced with a degree in science, so this information satisfies my need to know how and why and may answer some of your questions about ASMR...Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response.

From Wikipedia..."Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) signifies the subjective experience of 'low-grade euphoria' characterized by 'a combination of positive feelings, relaxation, and a distinct static-like tingling sensation on the skin'. It typically begins 'on the scalp' before moving 'down the spine' to the base of the neck, sometimes spreading 'to the back, arms and legs as intensity increases', most commonly triggered by specific acoustic and visual stimuli including the content of some digital videos, and less commonly by intentional attentional control.[1][2]"
