November 2021 UPDATE: This video remains up-to-date apart from one change. It shows BBC Sounds' three original options: 'Listen', 'My Sounds' and 'Search'. Since making it, BBC Sounds have added extra choices to what was 'Listen'. So the five options are now:
'Home', 'Music', 'Podcasts', 'My Sounds' and 'Search'.
