Green mutter 1 cup
Dhaniya leaves 1 bunches
Green chilly 3-4 number
Ginger 1 inches
Take one pan and add ghee 1 Teaspoon and saute mutter and grind
Take Oil 1 tablespoon
Shahi jeera 1/2 Teaspoon
Hing 1/4 Teaspoon
Dhaniya powder 1 Teaspoon
Kashmiri chilly powder 1 Teaspoon
Jeera powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Garam masala 1/2 Teaspoon
Black salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Souf powder 1 Teaspoon
Black pepper 1/2 Teaspoon
Ginger,  Green chilly and dhaniya paste 1 Teaspoon
Began 2 Tablespoon
Sugar 1/2 Teaspoon
Add mutter paste and roast along with the masala
For the Dough
Maida 1Cup
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Ghee 25 ml
Water 1/2 cup
For frying sufficient oil
