Hi all..
It is my attempt to cook a complete lite meal or a dinner in 15 minutes. Some how I manged to finish this on time..
I forgot to add some sweetness to my dish, apologies for my mistake. U can add either brown sugar or honey/or don't bother adding any sweetness..

Menu
Asian style soy glazed chicken
Stemed rice
And green veg salad

Recipe  

Half chicken diced
Crushed ginger
Crushed garlic
Diced greenchillies
Chopped green onions
Soy sauce
Fish sauce/oyster sauce
Honey or brown sugar
Salt and pepper

Rice

Veges of your choice
