Quick creamy pheasant and mushroom recipe South Dakota Pheasant Hunting

My take on the cream of mushroom soup over pheasant recipe. It's quick, easy and the breast will stay more moist. The boned out tights work good with this aldo. I don't measure things so anything I say in the video is approximate. One pheasant will feed 2 people easily if you serve it with a side vegetable...or if not it feeds me with a little left over for Deuce.
