Rui Macher Jhol -
STEP - 1 First marinate the Rui mach with ½  tsp salt and 1 tsp of turmeric powder.
STEP - 2 Heat the pan and pour mustard oil. Fry the rui mach very well.
STEP 3 - Then fry the potato pcs very well. Add ¼ tsp of turmeric powder.
STEP 4-  After this fry the cauliflower pcs. Add ¼ tsp of turmeric powder. Close the lid.
STEP 5 - Add 4 tbsp more oil in pan.
STEP 6 - add bay leaves and cumin seeds then add all the pastes and fry it with low flame And Add Red  chili powder
STEP 7 - Then add fried cauliflower and fried potato and mix them and fry them very well with turmeric and salt
STEP 8 - Then add 2 cups of water
STEP 9 - BOIL FOR 5 MINUTES
STEP 10 - then add 3 green chilies and coriander leaves
STEP 11- serve with white rice
