This is your 30 Minute BodyFit by Amy Kickboxing Pyramid Stack Workout! It's day #14 of your FIRE Challenge. Today we are doing kickboxing inspired moves to get cardio and to get our muscles burning. We will do it all in a pyramid stack format, going up 30 seconds at a time with different moves and then going back down. It's gonna move quickly, you're gonna get your heart pumping, and you're gonna get those muscles working! You don't need any equipment, just a little space to move! Are you ready? Let's do it!
