How to make eggless custard caramel?
This is the easiest recipe of eggless custard caramel without oven.
This classic dessert can be made in advance for parties or get to togethers. I love to eat it with fresh strawberries/cherries puree. You can eat it as it is too.
I have made wet caramel which i have taken further in cooking so slightly bitter taste of caramel can balance sweetness of custard. You can take caramel to amber golden brown color and use it. You can make dry caramel too without using water but many times sugar crystalizes and it becomes lengthy process. Making wet caramel is very easy.
For oven, bake it at 160 degrees in preheated oven for 35-40 mins with water bath.
Refrigerate custard caramel for minimum 2-3 hours before demoulding.
