How to Knit an Easy Celtic Braid Cable

OK, maybe this isn't the easiest, but it's certainly not the hardest! Four cables weave in and out of one another and as long as you've got that, you're good to go. Basically. If you get discouraged, just think "Well, at least I'm not doing this with six cables."
