This recipe is my humble attempt to cook Chicken Tikka Masala / Chicken Tikka in the quickest and easiest possible way without compromising on taste. I have used the Patak's Tikka Masala cooking sauce with a very few minimalistic ingredients. Definitely it is not a sponsored video. So friends enjoy.

Marination Ingrdients:
Chicken - 1 kg (boneless thigh chicken)
Ginger Paste - 1 tbsp
Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
Yoghurt - 1/2 cup
Tandoori Masala - 1 tbsp
Red chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Processing Ingredients:
Onion x2
Paprika(medium) x1
Ginger paste 1 tbsp
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Kasoori Methi(fenugreek) 1 tbsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Thickened Cream 1/2 cup
Tomato purée 200mg
And lastly... Patak's Tikka Masala(full)
