Lance Sterling, a cocky secret agent, is framed as a traitor and teams up with socially inept scientist Walter Beckett. They embark on a mission to stop a cybernetically enhanced terrorist named Killian, who plans to use attack drones to seek revenge on the agency. Along the way, Lance accidentally transforms into a pigeon and with Walter's help, they evade capture, retrieve valuable information, and ultimately save the world.
