Why "Power of Pure Presence?"
I used to be hyper-addicted to the future. I was "destination addicted." In other words, I was so focused on some future goal, I unconsciously devalued the present moment. I was in essence, living in the future. This caused me to live in a state of discontent or low-level "dis-ease" most of the time. The actual value of life, the present moment, was passing me by.

I quickly learned I was not the only one living with this "dis-ease." While this impacts many people, hyper achievers or "Type A" personalities seem to be most impacted.  This is why I launched this show. I want to help you alleviate this discontent and appreciate the moment more. I want you to fall in love with the process of living and avoid the trap of obsessive future focus.

This show grew out of my many morning and natural videos.
Also, this show is an evolution from the Flashpoint Mantra, "Get Free, Stay Present, & Move Forward."

The Power of Pure Presence will ensure you are more in the present moment and enjoying the journey. After all, your fulfillment is right now. You can't get to a future moment to make now better. "Now" can only get better "right now" when we learn to live more fully in the moment.
