Uber is a phone app that allows you hire a private driver to pick you up & take you to your destination with the tap of a button on your phone - and they'll arrive within minutes. It sounds like, and for the most part IS a very convenient tool... however with anything else that involves interactions with strangers, Uber has its fair share of horror stories. Here are two of those horror stories, allegedly true.
