Roughly 3/4 cup vegan Mayo
About 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
Dash celery seed  
Dash cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Salt to taste
Freshly cracked black pepper
**1 tbsp cane sugar ( adjust to fit your liking)
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tri-colored bell peppers (finely chopped)
1 stalk celery finely chopped
1/2 medium purple onion (finely chopped)
2 stalk scallion

🍃cover and place in your refrigerator to chill, preferably for a few hours or overnight. Enjoy!
