A diet high in fruits & vegetables is recommended for psoriasis patients. Fruits and vegetables are high in antioxidants that reduce inflammation. You should include more green leafy vegetables in your diet. Vegetables like legumes, lentils, carrots, broccoli, and leafy greens you should add in your diet. You should avoid some vegetables, like tomato, potato, and brinjal. You should prefer home-made food and avoid junk food & processed food. You can add pulses in your diet.

And, there are some fruits that psoriasis should avoid, including Orange, Lemon, Grapes, and Strawberries. You can consume blueberries, Avocadoes, Papaya, Pineapple, and apples. You should also avoid dairy products. If you are non-vegetarian then you can add sea-food, like fish in your diet. But, you should avoid eating red meat and eggs as they can trigger inflammation & lead to bigger & more severe psoriasis flares. You should avoid too much salty and spicy food.
