Angels Robbie Williams Cover by Revv52 Virtual Choir

On May 25, 2020, Revv52 released a cover of “Angels” by Robbie Williams as a salute to all the healthcare professionals and other frontline workers for their enormous contributions during the pandemic. Photos of many of our own singers and their families who are front-line workers are featured in the video. This song was a favourite of one of Revv52’s longest-standing members, Jacquie Shand. We recorded it for her birthday and were pleased that she was able to listen to it during her treatments for cancer. Sadly, Jacquie passed on June 7, 2020… she is greatly missed, and we’re all better for having lived and sung beside her. Revv52 is one of Calgary’s longest-standing performance groups who regularly entertains thousands of adoring fans each year, with concerts at the beautiful Bella Auditorium located within the Taylor Centre for the Performing Arts at Mount Royal University.
