When it comes to me screwing up recipes, the culprit is usually psyllium husks. Some recipes act like whole psyllium husks and psyllium husk powder are the same thing -- and they definitely ARE NOT. I've also had viewers ask if they can make their own psyllium husk powder by grinding whole psyllium husks.
In this video, we test whole psyllium husk, home ground psyllium husk and psyllium husk powder to see how they behave.
