Yes, you can make an extra crispy egg rolls using air fryer. The healthiest way to enjoy this popular Asian appetizer. The Crispiest egg roll without using a lot of oil. Air Fryer only needs just a tiny oil to make it look golden.
Sharing to you my healthier version of Filipino Lumpia Shanghai using my favorite kitchen gadget the air fryer. Also sharing you some tips and tricks on how to roll an egg roll and how to make it crispy and delicious.

Prep time: 20 - 30 minutes
Cooking time: 10 to 12 pieces Egg rolls, cook for 5 minutes on 350 Degrees using Air Fryer.
Total Serving: Using 1 tbsp. of meat mixture will give you 34 Egg Rolls
Ingredients:
1 lb. ground Pork
Lumpia or Egg roll wrapper
2 large eggs (1 for egg wash) to secure the wrapper
1/2 tbsp. Ground black pepper
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Sesame oil (optional)
1 tsp. Garlic powder
1/4 tsp Sage (powdered) (optional)
1/4 cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
1/4 cup Celery (finely chopped)
1/2 cup Green Onions (finely chopped)
1 cup Carrots (finely shredded)
2 tbsp. Melted coconut oil
Sweet and sour sauce for dipping
You’re also going to need a mixing bowl, cling wrap, and Air fryer.
