Police conduct rowdy parade with special focus on reforming them

To prevent crimes and to keep a tab on criminals, with the backdrop of an awareness programme the Commissioner of Police (Mangaluru) conducted a parade of rowdy sheeters in Mangaluru at Police grounds here on Wednesday.
